Hastwell Travel & Cruise was conceived as a personalised travel agency in 1992 and still operates under this principle. Hastwell Travel & Cruise is a member of Travellers Choice, a co-operative of 150 independent Travel Agents throughout Australia. Mark Hastwell was a director of Travellers Choice for over ten years, with seven of these as Chairman and Trinity Hastwell was elected onto the Travellers Choice board in 2013. Being a member of Travellers Choice gives us access to special preferred agreements with major suppliers and airlines, benefits of which are passed on to our clients.
Hastwell Travel & Cruise is proud to be a member of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) and ATAS accredited. ATAS is a national accreditation scheme, endorsing travel agents who have met strict financial and customer service criteria. We are also a member of the Travellers Choice Cruise Club and Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) with three Master Accredited Cruise Consultants and an Accredited Cruise Consultant in our two offices.
